Karen Dean is a highly experienced and inspirational coach. She is particularly skilled in challenging key leaders; further unlocking their potential to lead and inspire others in a compelling and magnetic way. Karen has a 20 year track record of coaching individuals and teams in PLC, Public Sector and NGO contexts. Following NLP Master Practitioner, she has delivered 10,000 hours of one-to-one time with many hundreds of clients, across the UK, Western and Eastern Europe with significant experience of Indian clients.
Karen is also enthusiastically engaged in pro bono work with Teach First and
Save The Children.

She has focused her coaching on facilitating Main Boards and Directors. Typically seventy percent of Karen’s time involves working with individual senior leaders including C.E.O.s, Managing Directors and Global Leaders. Thirty percent of her delivery is spent coaching teams to accelerate their alignment and performance.
